Manage a project database

Create a project database#

Open your project and select Database. Each website can have one linked database, subject to the shared account allowance: Basic 0, Pro 1, Business 5.

Add tables and data#

Create a database or link an existing unassigned one. Define tables with supported text, integer, number, and boolean columns, then manage rows using the dashboard. These are controlled data resources, not unrestricted SQL servers.

Connect your website to the API#

API tokens are scoped to a database and permissions. Browser access is restricted to the linked website origin. Use read-only tokens in public website JavaScript; keep write/delete credentials in a trusted service. Per-visitor private data authorization is not included in this MVP.

Deleting a project or database#

Deleting a website preserves its database as unassigned. It still counts toward your allowance until explicitly deleted. Database deletion removes its data; review the confirmation carefully.
